These terms cover the widgets at widgets.zmeustudio.com, such as the wedding countdown. The widgets are provided by Zmeu Studio, run by Adrian Burcin in Romania. Contact: hello@zmeustudio.com.
Using the widgets
- You may embed the widgets free of charge in wedding websites, digital invitations and similar pages, personal or commercial, including designs you sell to couples.
- Please do not use them for anything unlawful, misleading or offensive, and do not try to overload or break the service.
- You may not copy the widgets' code or design to offer them as your own service.
No guarantee
We work to keep the widgets running, but they are provided as they are, without a promise that they will always be available, accurate to the second, or free of errors. We may change, improve or retire a widget; if we retire one that is in wide use, we will say so on this site first where we can.
As far as the law allows, Zmeu Studio is not liable for losses that come from using the widgets, or from not being able to use them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the widgets after a change means you accept it.
