A countdown as lovely as the invitation.
Fine numerals, quiet motion and the venue's own time. Drop it into a Canva website, a digital invitation or any page, and it turns into a thank-you note on the day itself.
Set the day. Copy the link.
Everything lives in the link, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to keep.
In Canva, in three steps.
Copy your link
Set the date, time and look above, then choose Copy link.
Open Embed
In the Canva editor open Apps, search for Embed, paste the link into Web link and choose Add to design.
Shape and publish
Make the frame wide and low, about four times as wide as it is tall, then publish your website.
Any other website
Paste the embed code from above where the countdown should appear. It fills the width it is given and keeps its proportions.
oEmbed and Iframely
Every countdown page announces itself through oEmbed (/oembed?url=…) and an Iframely app link, so platforms that read them can place it from the plain link.
Made to sit on your page.
Good to know.
Is it really free?
Yes, for any wedding, personal or commercial, including designs you sell to couples. See the terms.
Do guests in other countries see the right time?
Yes. The countdown runs to the moment at the venue's time zone, so a guest in New York and one in Rome count to the same second.
What happens after the wedding?
The numbers give way to "Just married" and a short thank-you, in the language you chose.
Does it collect anything about my guests?
No. There are no accounts, cookies, analytics or ads. The settings live in the link itself. See privacy.
Can I use my own colours?
Yes: add ink= and accent= with hex colours, without the #, for example ink=3E1A20&accent=6E1F2B.
